Unable to verify email address at sign in
Hi, like many here, I've been attempting for weeks to link my Virgin Media account to a Virgin media 02 ID without any success. I have been unable to progress beyond the initial sign-in page as the verification email is being sent to an old email address that is no longer accessible. Can the email address registered on the account be changed to one that I have access to? Thanks
