Unable to turn off paper billing.

Since signing up to a new contract with virgin media I’ve noticed I’ve been charged £1.75 for paper billing.

On my previous contract I didn’t have paper billing and didn’t sign up to it with this new contract. I’ve now been charged £5.25 in total for something I’ve not signed up for.

I’ve tried to turn it off on my virgin media; on the app, iPhone browser and computer but there is no option to turn it off.

Can anyone help with this issue please?
