Unable to switch to eBilling—dropdown includes Post and still charging £1.75

Hi,

I’m unable to switch to eBilling in My Virgin Media. In Settings > Account Details > Communication Preferences, the edit dropdown only offers “Email / Text message / Phone call / Post” – no option to select email without Post. Despite the note saying “If you choose to be contacted by email, we’ll switch your bills to eBills,” it doesn’t activate, and I’m still getting paper bills with the £1.75 charge.

Can the Virgin Media team manually enable eBilling for me and remove the paper bill fee? Account number available via PM if needed.
