Unable to Log Into VM
I can't log into my VM account page. On first attempt it tells me my p/word is invalid and when I try to change the p/word it tells me to - Please ensure you provide the email address you use to sign in to My Virgin Media. - I have.
I tried this several days apart just in case it was a website issue but on both occasion I have has the same result.
I have a ntlworld account which I have always used to log in and I also had a virgin.net mail account that was recently taken away. Is this something to do with the Virgin.net account removal?
