Sorry to hear of the account access issues experienced via your laptop, we appreciate you raising this via the forums.
Can you elaborate on the issues experienced? What happens when you try to access your account via your laptop? Is this across different browsers?
We were made aware of an issue where customers trying to sign in were taken to a blank page, we have since been advised that this is now resolved.
