Unable to cancel the contract within cooling off period

Signed up to an agreement

Only for the installation engineer to state they were not able to supply the service that I wanted 

Which is a shame 

Engineer said they would report this but I have no way to email and communicate that I now need to cannel the agreement 

Please advise who I need to email so I can get confirmation in writing

    Of VM cannot supply you with broadband due to technical issues they will automatically cancel the contract. There should be nothing for you to do. A contract only becomes affective when the installation is complete and working.
