Two Virgin Media Ids

Hi I have an issue whereby my Virgin account is linked to one Virgin Media Id and my O2 account to another - is there a way I can move them both under one?

    Thanks for posting in regards to your VMO2 ID issues regarding the two accounts, we appreciate you raising this to us via the forums.

     

    We link your accounts with the email address you’ve used previously to sign in to My Virgin Media and My O2.

     

    If you want to change the email address you use for either your My Virgin Media or My O2 account, you can do so by registering a new Virgin Media O2 ID with a new email address, or by signing in to an existing account that doesn’t have any services associated to it.

     

    You can then manually search for the account you want to link. Follow the journey online to set this up and link it to your account.
