From the screenshot you have posted, it looks like possibly your first bill has not yet been generated. This can happen depending on your date of installation vs billing cycle.
I'm happy to take a look for you at our side, and send over a copy of the bill if it's been generated. Please keep an eye on your Inbox 📩 in the top right corner of the page for a PM offering support with this.
