Trying to sign in to view bills but get the Thanks For Your Order page

Have been connected for the past few days but when I sign in to view my account info and bills it appears briefly then switchs to the Thanks For Your Order Welcome to Virgin Media page. I've tried 2 different web browsers in case it was a cookie/cache problem but still can't see my bills.
