Trying to contact VM

Hi I have been trying to phone you for weeks, the main telephone number is only taking to bill payments, I have paid my bill and I am trying to renew my contract by tomorrow, I have tried using the chat bot but it's asking me to talk through WhatsApp. I have given my number and it's not linking to WhatsApp as I will not be happy if I am having to pay more next month. I already tried to renew contract online in November and that did not go through, I'm feeling this is intentional as I can also changed my package online either, please help.
