TNT sports added without permission.and charged me

TNT sports was added overnight to my package. They sent me an e mail confirming it, which I did not do.so phoned up and had it taken off. Then they charged me pro rates. Surely this is illegally practice. I have complained twice now, and still, they insist to charge me. I might have to go to the ombudsman, to get justice. We have never had TNT sports in 15 years, and certainly never subscribed to it. I suspect it has come remotely from their end. Very frustrating to say the least.
