TiVo box problems
Despite an engineer visiting on Saturday and replacing cables, our tivo box keeps rebooting. It also does not playback recordings correctly. Please can we have a new box.

Thanks for your post and welcome back to our community.
It would be possible to arrange for the TiVo box to be replaced on Saturday for you.
We just need to book a seperate appointment on the same day, this will then get assigned to the engineer who's attending to sort the cabling out.
If you don't mind, I'll need to send you a private message to pass security.
If you can check the envelope at the top right of your screen that would be great.
