This Virgin Media email address isn’t valid

Hello, I am trying to regain access to my elderly fathers email account since he forgot the password a few months ago and it is now causing issues since most of our accounts are linked to that email

when trying to log in using his email it tells me that his email address isn’t valid however when signing into myO2 it is able to text me telling me that my accounts email is that email

    Sorry to hear of the access issues currently being experienced. 

    It would be handy to understand more on this matter, and advise you review the post from Micha1978.

    We would however need to advise that if you're not the Virgin Media account holder there is limited assistance we can offer due to the data protocols we have in place.
