This Virgin Media email address isn’t valid

This popped up today. It was fine yesterday, but now I can't log in to emails, my account, or anything. Can't register it, can't find any reason for this sudden madness so any ideas?

    Have you setup your VMO2ID yet?   If so can you login to My Vm with it?

        I have exactly the same problem. It says your email isn’t valid and when you try to recover it the email address it gives you is the one that isn’t valid. I just get stuck in a loop.

        I’ve been struggling to get this resolved for over two months now. Good luck!

      and just tried to register and it just comes back "This Virgin Media email address isn’t valid "

        Same here. Just stopped working out of the blue. You might have some luck if you previously used a different email address to sign in. It might accept that.

  • Having exactly the same problem. I can receive emails but I can’t send but when I try to log in online it tells me that the email address is invalid.  It is driving me mad. I had no problems yesterday. What happened overnight???

    Sorry to hear you're having issues accessing your email at this time. 

    From the Virgin Media login page here, are you prompted to create a Virgin Media O2 ID? 

    If so, do you find you get the same error on both the app and a browser? Are you able to try on another device at all, to see if you're able to register the Virgin Media O2 ID from there?
