The only progress...

As per many people on this forum and, dare I say, elsewhere, I've rapidly come to the conclusion that vis-a-vis customer service VM doesn't give a damn.

The solution? I alone cannot change, nevermind take down, a huge corporate entity like Virgin Media. But, what I can do is stop giving them my money.

To that end, after just frustratingly time on the phone and increasingly intermittent replies via private messages, I've simply ceased all dealings with these imbeciles. Just for the record,  it's not the fault of the poor (literally) folks in their call centres; rather the utter greed and crap from those greedy scumbags.

Apologies for this (third world problem) rant.

      I would suggest having a good look through the forum on credit record issues as they will certainly follow.
