The address we are receiving emails to with the Virgin Bill is not Recognised?

Hi,

Each month for the past 18 months, we receive a bill via email from Virgin Media. Today I tried to sign into My Virgin Media using this email address, and it says the email address is no longer recognised? Would Virgin have removed it if I had not signed in for 18 months?

    Sorry to see you are not able to access your online Virgin Media account ☹.

    If you have an active service with us, then it should still be working.

    Is it the same email address you signed in before with?

    Have you tried signing into our app or website?

    Let us know, we want to help. 

  • Hi,

    The email address we have registered with on these forums, is the email address we are receiving our virgin bill to. I have tried doing a password reset, but the email address is not recognised. I have my account number, area code, DOB, Address, Phone number etc, if you want me to PM you them so anyone can help?

        I Tried and it said "Sorry to see you go" and wouldn't let me register via my email address. I am now out of contract, still receive the bills to my email address I registered with, but can't login or use that address to manage my account. I have supplied my security information to John_GS via private message on Sunday, but not heard anything back yet. My son is helping me with all this.
