Switching provider

After 10 years, I can no longer do the renewal dance!

What I want to ask is:

I have broadband and landline. I want to switch the broadband and close the landline.

Will I have to have a phone conversation about either?

    If you just want to close the phone line then yes, you'll need to speak to our team to disconnect the service and hand in the 30 days notice.

    The phone number to do this is 150 / 0345 454 1111.
