Can you help me out since switching to virgin tv 360 the 2 months bills issued since switching had £99 of additional features and this month £126 for 3 days when we havent bought anything

Since this happened i put a block on all my on demand services which has been in place since April and again they are saying i have usage charges

No they restricted my services 3 times and asked me to make payments to get them back on which i did as they told me it was a bill that hadnt been paid which i knew was rubbish then the 3rd time i got told it was because there was additional feature charges which i know we haven’t done as i put a block on them in March/April
