Switched over to another provider

Hi VM Team i just switched over to my new provider how long do i have to wait for final bill to arrive and return your equipment as I've had no email when to send these item back, i didn't really wanna leave but the offer i was offered over these weeks just wasn't worth sorry to say, my new ISP has gone live today, my contract ended yesterday for VM 

My Switching ref: 66501xxxx[30/5/25] requested on 28/04/25 by new provider

    Welcome to the Community Forums. 

    Sorry to hear that you've since left us, as the team weren't able to offer you a suitable renewal deal. 

    You would receive your final bill and communications a few days after your disconnection date. 

    Any requested equipment returns must be returned to us 30 days after your disconnection date, or charges will be placed on the account. These charges are removed once the equipment has been returned. You'll receive your returns packaging in the post within 10 days of your disconnection date.
