Just had my latest bill after downgrading my services to broadband only. My contract was up for renewal and I only really used internet. I’ve been charged £82 for Netflix premium backdated to march last year. I can’t get through to anyone who can help me with this.
any suggestions? Every bill has the charge for Netflix already included
