Still no access - Death of account holder
It is nearly two years since the primary VM account holder death and we still see package or bill/account information online as your portal still claims we are the primary account holder.
We went through all the hoops contacting VM with all the bereavement details and they indeed have changed the account details but we still do not have access even though as suggested change all the login details
Please advise as this is just another problem I have had with VM after being a customer for over 25 years - removing Eurosport was the last straw together with the 7.5% increase in its package price this April (M200, TV, LIne, -> £126 pm)
PLease advise....
