Well I thought this might happen!
wanting to cancel all services. On hold for half an hour and got through to someone only for them to transfer me to someone else but in that process got disconnected! Tried online chat and said 30 min wait so carried on with my day and checked back later only for that to have reset so have to start the whole chat again now which is now saying 45mins!!
