Shambles- Cable left at address by engineers
Hi, I have phoned Virgin multiple time regarding this. I am getting nowhere. I may have to take this matter higher.
I mentioned to a agent on the phone that I will be moving house in the next few months. They ran a check to see if the broadband was compatible in the area. They have booked an appointment at this property that doesn't belong to me yet, two days after the call without my knowledge.
ENGINEERS HAVE TURNED UP AT THE PROPERTY ASKING THE CURRENT OWNERS IF THEY CAN DRILL THROUGH THE OUTSIDE WALL!! AND LEFT A REEL OF CABLE IN THEIR FRONT GARDEN.
THIS STILL HASN'T BEEN RECTIFIED. I WILL BE TAKING THIS MATTER HIGHER IF NOTHING CHANGES. THIS COULD LOSE ME OWNING MY DREAM HOME.
I MAY HAVE TO WARN OTHERS OF THE POOR EXPERIENCE I HAVE RECEIVED AFTER NEARLY 6 YEARS OF BEING A LOYAL CUSTOMER.
