Setting up new account
Hello I recently joined Virgin Media Broadband again after a brief stint with SKY. Before SKY I was with Virgin. My previous account has been cancelled and a new one set up. This issue I have is trying to set up my new account. When I try and register my new account the system come back saying my email already exits , but when I login to my old account it says account has been terminated ; details of new account are not there
What do I do........???
