Hi,
I received my virgin media box and broadband since 13th July- I also received a text from Virgin media to confirm this. But, when I tried to make an account to view bills/ payments I couldn’t since I don’t have an account number or area code.
I have not received a welcome email or my full contract and am wondering what I should do.
