Second V6 Box Removal
I have tried to contact VM via the "chat bot" and via the telephone Customer Support to explain that, since my wife died, I no longer need two V6 boxes and that I want the second one removed from the contact. At the same time, I'd like to upgrade my broadband speed. However, the "bot" does not recognise the question and the customer service agent couldn't seem to understand what I wanted. Is there someone who can contact me - here or by another method - to sort this out? Thanks
