Same thing is happening to me also, started a new package seven days ago that includes standard netflix with ads, no activation email ( despite a number of chats via messaging), and no link on my account. I can however see a copy of my new contract on my account page which confirms my new package includes netflix.

Can anyone please help

  • Started a new package and received a text from Netflix rather than an email to activate. Mustn't have responded so my first bill from Virgin included the full £18 charge from Netflix rather than the free standard with ads option. Amending this on the Netflix account then links to Virgin so you can have the standard option at no charge or pay the difference for without ads or the 4k option. My fault but not enough information provided by Virgin to prevent this happening.

    We're sorry to hear you're also missing your Netflix activation email.
