Rip off no respect or value given to existing customers
So let me get this straight i became a virgin customer and O2 customer in August last year no incentives no free products none of that,but if you become a new customer now you get a new iPad so ething I could really use since my iPhone was stolen last year,but no as per usual that's only used as an enticen4me t to get more new customers to keep the shareholder and ceo and board in roll Royce's and brandy and cigars,whilst relatively new existing customers such as myself and everyone else get nothing so this is how virgin shows its appreciation for me and all other existing customers,just take me for granted keep pumping my m9ney into their big fat wallets,I think k it's time I looked at other media providers I bet sky or many others could offer me and 3xcelkent incentive and continued value of my custom than anything virgins either offering or rather lack of offering at any time I rest my case
