Returns Packaging / Final Bill following death - what’s happening with these?
My uncle recently died and on 12/02/2025 I filled in the online form to inform the Bereavement Team of his death and request the closure of his account. It is now the 4th of March and I have not yet received the equipment returns packaging or final bill as promised in the email response to the online form I filled in.
Can someone please tell me if returns packaging and my uncle’s final bill have been sent out yet and if not tell me what is going on and how to get this resolved quickly. Thank you.
