Responding to a VM letter

Hi, Please can someone advise me where I can respond to a VM letter I have received "Just keeping you in the loop" which details the upcoming changes to my existing account.

Unfortunately they have provided me with totally wrong information which I need to urgently speak to them about.

    Thank you both. Yes, of course there is no return address provided. Why do they make it so difficult to speak to someone! It is so annoying when customers need to contact them.

    And if they didn’t include an address then reply to their Sunderland office (Virgin Media, Sunderland, SR43 4AA) or even their official company registered address (500 Brook Drive, Reading, RG2 6UU).

    Whatever, keep a copy of the letter and send it by recorded (signed for) delivery.

    If they put an address at the top of the letter I'd respond to that. Make it recorded delivery if I were you, as they can get forgetful....

      My apologies if I didn't make it clear for everyone that my issue was solved. But I assumed  others could see the posts from a private helper. Yes I received another letter from VM giving me the correct account information. Many thanks for all the help you all who gave it to me.
