Requesting VM colleague to make contact - Contract Renewal Issue

I posted yesterday that my online contract renewal (confirmed 3 December) had not yet been processed and was not showing on my account.  

A VM representative responded and stated they had PM'd me.  This has not been received.  

My post has since disappeared from the discussion.

The effect is that I have been overcharged for this month and - as it stands - will be overcharged again for the coming billing cycle.

Can someone from VM therefore contact me to resolve asap.
