Request to Cancel Virgin Media Services Due to Relocation
Hello, I need urgent help with cancelling my Virgin Media services.
My account is OUT OF CONTRACT, so I understand I can cancel with 30 days’ notice and without early termination fees.
I already sent my cancellation request several weeks ago by email, but I have not received any confirmation.
I am relocating abroad on 13th December 2025 and need my services cancelled effective on that date. Please register this as my official notice period.
Please treat this as a formal escalation.
If I do not receive confirmation within 2 working days, I will escalate the case to CISAS and Ofcom, providing all evidence of my previous attempts (emails + WhatsApp messages).
Please process the cancellation and provide the final bill and equipment return instructions.
