Renewed recently....wish I had not!
I am struggling to get any service! Have been with VM 20+ years and in the last 12 months my service has gone from bad to worse - my broadband is so intermittent I have had to purchase unlimited data from another provider and use that more than my VM broadband.
The engineer diagnosed a fault with the hub and I've ordered 3 in as many months but none have arrived. I am now being told I will be charged £40 for the 1st missing hub (and so expect a further bill for the other 2 in due course).
I have lodged a formal complaint but this has gone unanswered. Not sure what I should do next and am using this forum as a last resort in the hope VM will sort this. No service, no hub, no clue!
