Hi, I phoned Virgin to arrange for a Technician to come and fix an issue with my phoneline. The Operator added Homeworks to allow a priority engineer to come out but said it could be cancelled at any time using the online portal. I cannot find anywhere to cancel the homeworks option. Any help to resolve this would be appreciated.
HomeWorks can be canceled through Virgin Media's online portal Virgin Media | Broadband & Cable Deals - See What You Can Do or by contacting their customer service (0345 454 1111) or 150 for assistance.
