Removing Add Ons

Hello, I’m trying to remove TNT and Premier Sports from my account but can’t via the My Virgin Media app

    You can't online,  you have ring to remove services. It would be far too easy and less profitable for VM to allow you to click a button ( upgrades no problem online though, they like those....)
