Relocate VM Hub

Could you advise how to request Virgin Media to relocate the router external cable 1 meter awys from the current location?

I need to relocate the router faceplace cable to install a new radiator in the same place.

    VM will move it for £25. 

    The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post
