I have been waiting for a refund since July 2024, the numerous phone calls I have made are just full of lies and bull. been told its been paid, but never received and my bank have confirmed this, I believe someone somewhere is profiting from these refunds I believe its fraud, why else would they say its been refunded when it clearly has not.

I have called at least 20 times they keep saying its been paid, my bank has said they need to do a payment recall, I just get told lies one after another , today I spoke with the online BOTT it told me I would be contacted on what's app then threw me off 3 times, to be honest I have now come to the conclusion that someone somewhere has this money and they know this, its possible its been diverted to someone in the business possible theft
