Refund

Hi 

 

im currently £652.74 in credit on my bill, I’ve been told since August that a refund will be processed back to my bank account. 

 

This refund never arrived into my bank account, spoke to will a T2 manager who said I would get the refund within 48/72 hours, yet again nothing came. 

 

In early October I was told a cheque had been sent out and would take 48/72 hours, yet again nothing came. 

 

Ive asked VM customer relations to do a bank transfer and I get told this will take 48/72 hours to appear in my account. 

 

Im now 4 months on and virgin media refuse to give me my own money of £652.74. 

 

They always say 48/72 hours for money but it never comes. 

 

Ive submitted a legal claim 557MC650 in order to recover my funds, safe to say with court costs, legal fees and interest the claim is worth £3,746.51 (to date). 

 

Has anybody else found it difficult to recover a refund from virgin?

      I’ve demanded a complaint to be opened and to be compensated however just get ignored.
