Refund

I left virgin media in January 2024. A refund of £81 was confirmed with virgin media. I have chased this up numerous times and I am still waiting for this refund. I even explained to the member of staff that I have a unwell child and we  have multiple appointments to attend. I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. 9 months down then line I'm still having to chase my refund on top of trying to deal with my child's health and care. I've spent  hours on phone call just to be disconnect. I really don't have time to go over the same thing over and over again. Is there a email for virgin media to complaint as I'm not getting anywhere with phone calls or the online chat.

  • I am extremely dissatisfied with the service received from Virgin. Despite numerous assurances regarding a refund, I have yet to receive any resolution after more than a year of follow-up. The customer service has been utterly inadequate, and I have spent countless hours on messages, chats, and phone calls of my time, only to find myself in the same position as I was four months ago after my last inquiry. Please could someone explain the complaint processes as that is my last resort now.

  • Sorry but I've provided my details, pass security questions, explained the situation, back and forth messages far too many times for over a year. I will be making a complaint.
