Reducing package

Contact is ending and I’m trying to get a reduced speed.  But the price I’m been offered is to much.  Is there no offers for loyal customers .  Can someone please help .  I don’t want to leave but it’s looking likely that I will

    VM Mods here don't deal with Contract pricing.  You need to ring in and speak with Retentions.  If you have the prices of alternate ISP's to hand, use this to negotiate a better price.  If nothing is forthcoming, then leave.  You will not get any "loyal customer" pricing.
