Reduce package

Hi all newbie to here I'm trying to find out if I can reduce my packing from tv. Broadband.   Phone  to just broadband and phone cut out the tv completely as I don't use the tv anymore as my son got me a fire stick tv and to cut down costs too so I've been going round in circles trying to get help from virgin I've tried the message system doesn't seem to work never finding answers and the WhatsApp message service is a joke too can't seem to get any messages back any information or help would be greatly appreciated regards Derek

    Sorry to hear of the issues experienced reducing your package to remove the TV services, we appreciate you raising this via the forums and welcome to the community.

     

    We aren't able to make changes to packages via the forums, if you can give the team a call on 150 from a Virgin Media landline or 0345 454 1111 option 1, option 4 then option 4 this will get you through to the contracts team who will be able to look into this further for you.
