I am trying to recover the email address used for my account in order to link to a new VM O2 ID, and when I go via the recovery process entering in the account number, area code, and last name on the account, I get presented with "The email address on your Virgin Media O2 online account is: [object Object]". A cropped screenshot is below for reference. Is there any way to recover the email account, and link to an ID currently?
I am unsure of the email address to be honest. I have tried to one linked to billing, and where the contract came through on - both of which failed earlier today when attempting to link via account creation process which is why I then went to the recovery process instead.

I went to log into my 02 account and signed in with the email :ending@ntlworld.com
which I had always logged in with but had to change over.
but I had to set up using my virgin media account email which is not either virgin or ntlworld ending.
once I had done that I was able to login with my 02/VM id
How did you manage to link your Virgin Media Account to there New VMO2 System or did you do that prior to all this chaos
