Recontract offer accepted, didn’t go through

Hoping someone can help got an offer for £60 for all channels gig internet with £32 being 30 day rolling for sports.

phoned to confirm could cancel add on once activated to bring price to £28

waited two weeks nothing 

raised complaint no joy

not sure what to do next
