RECEIVED NEW CONTRACT,NOT UPHELD STILL AFTER 2 MONTHS

Hi,wondering if there is anyone out there who can help me. I received a new contract that I renewed online on 08.01.2025, 1st month payment was wrong, phoned virgin, was told ma take upto 14 days to add to my account as online order,that takes it to 22.01.2025, this month nearly 3 times the price im suppose to pay billed.phoned virgin, passed from pillow to post,told this and that ,even emailed my contract to a virgin webchat customer service person, then to be told get intouch with someone else.ive got a written emailed contract from virgin media that there not adhering to.what do I do next when youre being ignored by everyone. I can honestly say I think virgin media has the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced.

    Please make sure you are only posting once about your issue. If you need to update the thread then just reply to your original thread rather than creating a new one. We understand it's frustrating when something's not right however posting more than once about the same fault makes the boards look busier than what they actually are. It also means we could take longer to reply due to needing to sift through duplicate posts.
