i guess this still isn't resolved.
i received several emails offering me a renewal at the same cost. but each times 'oops something went wrong'.
a few weeks on and now I'm getting emails offering me a renewal for a vague 'just slightly more'...
... but of course 'oops something (still) went wrong'.
Are virgin media's 'team' completely useless? or is this just a ploy to try and get customers out of contract and onto the bloated charges once there initial 18m contacts expire.
