We’re sorry, there's currently a delay with orders being dispatched and delivered. Your order will be sent as soon as possible, and you’ll be kept updated via text message. Once your order is shipped from the warehouse, you’ll receive a message from the courier with delivery information.

I’ve not put my number down on it also I’ve not got an account number or area code on the contract sheet dose it mean I’m still getting it are u able to help me thanks

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your account registration and delivery. As explained in the previous post there is a delay to the delivery of your equipment but you will still be getting the delivery as soon as it's possible. Regarding your account number, we can get this looked into further for you from here but would require some account details to be able to pass account security.
