Re: Account Issue

Trying for days to add Premier Sports but via box it constantly says Oops there has been a technical glitch. Please try again later or head to online account

online  account has no option to add either and directs to chat but having spent all morning trying to call and chat (constantly kicked out when asked for WhatsApp) still no further forward. 

I have checked similar questions but never seen an actual answer on how to resolve. 

any advice appreciated ?
