Provider Switch

Switching provider, do I have to inform Virgin Media or will my new provider (Vodafone) inform Virgin Media?

    You can contact VM and give them your 30 days notice, or you can join up with another provider using the  OTS process and ask them to do the necessary switching work.

    If you go through the 'One Touch Switch' process to join Vodafone, then Vodafone should deal with VM for you.

    If you choose to switch 'manually', you have to make all the arrangements yourself with VM and Vodafone.

    There are some particular advantages/disadvantages to each option, depending on what your preferences/needs are.
