Problems with Marketing Consent
There appears to be an issue with the Marketing consent page on both the app and through a browser. There is a green tick box that states ' Sound good ! Keep me up to date. But when you hit the Save Changes button underneath the response always states ' You have opted out, this may take up to 28 days. I have tried with the green tick on or off, but always get the same response.
Not sure why I initially tried this, but the outcome is that I no longer receive any emails from Virgin media. I have tried numerous times, but always get the same result. I assume there is a fault, but could be wrong. Any suggestions.....
