Problems with DD amount
Since I tried to renew my contract back in November last year it has been a constant battle to get the right amount taken. I had a brilliant offer but Virgin mucked up and as the offer could not be honoured it required some manual adjustments to be made to get it back to where it should have been. I have been in contact with Robert P from the forum who has been brilliant in trying to get it sorted. I thought it all was, but today my DD has been taken for the full amount not the discounted rate saying that there is a balance due from previous bills which there is not. Its really frustrating that I am having to spend time almost every month trying to get this right. Could someone from Virgin please get back to me so I can return to some normality knowing my bill will be correct each month.
