Problems with DD amount

Since I tried to renew my contract back in November last year it has been a constant battle to get the right amount taken. I had a brilliant offer but Virgin mucked up and as the offer could not be honoured it required some manual adjustments to be made to get it back to where it should have been. I have been in contact with Robert P from the forum who has been brilliant in trying to get it sorted. I thought it all was, but today my DD has been taken for the full amount not the discounted rate saying that there is a balance due from previous bills which there is not. Its really frustrating that I am having to spend time almost every month trying to get this right. Could someone from Virgin please get back to me so I can return to some normality knowing my bill will be correct each month.

  • Hi Mate.. you are not the only customer shafted by VM.. I was promised that VM would absorb the TNT increase of 9 pounds a month and I would not  have to pay it ... by the CS female arranging my renewal ... not happened ..and seems not going to happen despite her assurance !!! .. paying 118 to go to 126 ( eye watering ) ..I worked out  my  cancellation charges around 600 .. well adios VM as soon as compensation money availble by new ISP hello to them .. .. under review ... BRSK ..about 5 yards from me as I write this . and also plethora of  OPR lines ISPs awaiting my perusal
